Pilates with Props

Pilates with Props is a STOTT PILATES® signature class! The Essential mat repertoire is enhanced with resistance from a variety of Pilates props i.e. Fitness Circle®, Flex-Band®, small Toning Balls™, Foam Rollers, Mini Stability Balls™, and much more.  Each class you attend will be a little different and always fun!
